Lunch and learn A Social Security Administration representative will discuss upcoming changes to Social Security and answer questions at 1 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Ormond Beach Senior Center, 351 Andrews St.. Childhood behaviors Temple Beth-El school, 579 N. Nova Road in Ormond Beach will present a workshop "Four Behaviors We've Come to Know and Hate in Our Children" from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 26. Family care The Area 12 Family Care Council will have a legislative forum from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 27 in the Volusia Room at the Daytona Beach Airport. The forum allows those with disabilities the opportunity to speak on matters including Medicaid waiver waiting list, health issues and lack of services. Camera club The Casements Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 at Bailey Riverbridge Gardens, 1 N. Beach St., Ormond Beach. Father-daughter dance The annual father/daughter formal dinner and dance, sponsored by the Junior League of Daytona Beach, will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Resort Ocean Walk. The event is the League's signature fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit organizations such as The Children's Advocacy Center, PACE Center for Girls, and the Children's Home Society. Sweetheart flower show The Ormond Beach Garden Club will have a Sweetheart Garden Show and Tea from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Casements, 25 Riverside Drive. Tickets are $5. Refreshments will be served. Floral arrangements will be judged and there will be a sale of antiques/collectibles, gently used jewelry and plants.
